Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are the rules for using Admita, a university application planner run by Core Tech, based in Mongolia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Admita, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Admita
Admita is for students preparing to apply to university, their parents or guardians, and counselors we have approved. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are younger than the age at which you can agree to these terms on your own in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
2. What Admita does — and doesn’t
Admita helps you organise applications, track deadlines, prepare essays and practise for tests. It is a planning tool, not an admissions agency. We don’t apply to universities for you, and we can’t guarantee admission, scholarships, test scores or visas.
Deadlines and requirements shown in Admita are estimates to help you plan unless they are marked as confirmed. They change from year to year, so always confirm them on each university’s official website.
Test Prep scores are estimates for practice. They are not official scores and may differ from your result in the real exam.
3. Your account
You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple, and you can add two-factor authentication. Keep your login details safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
4. Your content
Essays, notes, recordings and documents you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Admita for you — for example, to save your essays and, when you ask, to get feedback on them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
You are responsible for making sure the work you submit to universities is your own.
5. AI feedback and AI helpers
Tami’s essay feedback, answers to lesson questions and suggestions from the Agent Room are written with the help of automated checks and AI. They are suggestions, not answers, and they can be wrong. Nothing an AI helper suggests changes your plan until you accept it. Use your own judgement, and never submit text you didn’t write.
Before anything leaves Admita on your behalf — for example, an email to a university or a summary for your parents — you see it and approve it first.
6. Counseling
Counselors on Admita are independent people we have checked and approved; they are not Admita employees, and their advice is their own. You can ask for a different counselor at any time. Counselors must follow our code of conduct: they talk to students only through Admita, never ask for money, photos or personal contact details, and never write a student’s essays or application answers.
Meetings take place on a video service chosen by the counselor or on Jitsi Meet, under that service’s own terms. Please report anything that makes you uncomfortable with the report button or at [email protected]; we may read a reported conversation to look into it.
If you are a counselor, you also agree to the code of conduct you accepted when you applied. We may pause or end your access at any time to protect students.
7. Videos and other services
Lessons include videos played from YouTube, which are subject to YouTube’s terms. Links to universities, test organisers and other websites go to services we don’t control.
8. University reviews
Students can write reviews of universities for other students to read. By writing one you agree to these review guidelines:
- Write about the university from your own experience — teaching, campus, admissions, costs, student life. Be honest and fair.
- Be kind. No offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or bullying language, and nothing that targets a person or a group.
- Don’t name or describe other people, and don’t include anyone’s personal details, contact details or links.
- No advertising, spam, or reviews written for someone else or in exchange for anything.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every review is checked by our team before it appears, and offensive language is refused automatically. Anyone can report a review or block its writer; we look at reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close the accounts of people who break them. Your review stays yours, but you let us show it in Admita without your name for as long as you keep it there.
9. Fair use
Please don’t:
- Use Admita to deceive universities, or submit essays or documents that aren’t your own work.
- Upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual or violent, or anything that invades someone else’s privacy.
- Harass, groom or impersonate others, or try to move a conversation with a student outside Admita.
- Copy or republish Test Prep questions, lessons or other Admita content.
- Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or share or sell access to your account.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report to the authorities where the law requires it.
10. Paid features
Core planning features are free. If we offer paid features, the price and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
11. Ending your account and changes
You can delete your account at any time in Settings on the website, under Me in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. We may update Admita or these terms; if a change is important, we will tell you in advance.
12. Liability
We build Admita with care, but provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made by universities, test organisers or other third parties, for advice given by counselors, or for losses caused by missed deadlines or requirements.
13. The mobile app and app stores
If you use the Admita app from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Core Tech, not Apple or Google, and the store’s own terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, support or any claims about it.
14. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Questions: [email protected].
